Hi guys!

Today lets talk about Ways to be happy. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t want to be happier. Do you? This desire seems to be nearly universal. However, the path to happiness often feels convoluted and difficult, where two steps forward seem to become three steps back.

It's a mystery for the ages: Why are some people happy and others less so?

If you knew the secrets of happy people, could you practice them and become happier yourself? It's worth a shot!

1.Smile

For a smile you don't have to find a reason,you can smile for no reason.There have been numerous studies on the topics that support the research that smiling can boost your mood.

2.Look for the Positive

Look for something positive in everyday, even if somedays you have to look little harder.The key here, is to write down your hopes for the future, create goals and mini-goals, and go for them. Along the way, identify any thoughts that seem to be pulling you down and replace them with more positive versions to be happier.

3.Help others

Lend a hand to someone close to you, even when you’re busy. Seeing a need, even a small one, and meeting it, will make you and others happier.

4. Be Grateful

Being thankful for the people and things in your life can really do wonders in your happiness. We should be grateful to ALLAH for all the blessings he has given to us.

5. Stop Complaining

We complain about so manay little things in life that we shouldn't because the blessings we have might be others don't have. But, this is very true ( insan kisi haal may kush nahi rehta)..Try to value the things you have and the people who loves you.

6.Write It Down

Keep a daily list of the things you’re thankful for. You can even share your list with others. Writing things down makes them real to our brains, so this practice solidifies your happiness.

7.Talk It Up

Tell people when they do something that you appreciate. Verbalizing your gratefulness not only improves your happiness, but theirs as well.

8. Spend time in nature

As humans, we need to spend time outside as much as we possibly can. If you live in a city, it's important to find time to go to a places you can be in nature. Find time to go for a walk or hike in nature..This will freshenup your mind and have positive impact on your :)

9. Share your experience Just remember whenever you have really positive experience you tell other people. Doing so will help you increase the amount of happiness you feel in your life.

10. Forgive

It can be really hard to forgive others sometimes.But, holding a grudge won't do you any good(Maaf krny say kui chota bara nae ho jata)..Foregiveness does make people feel happier.
